Questions, answered

Getting started

  • Yes. The discovery call turns your idea into a clear scope: features, timeline and quote.

  • A short call about your goals, any examples you like, your logo and brand assets if you have them, and the 50% deposit once you approve the proposal.

  • Yes — most of my work is remote, with clients anywhere, in English, French or Arabic. I'm on GMT+1 and keep my afternoons and evenings for US and Canada business hours, so we can meet in your morning or afternoon.

  • Yes — redesigns, new features, bug fixes, speed and SEO improvements on what you already have.

Pricing & payment

  • Every project is quoted individually based on scope. After the discovery call you get a clear written proposal with the price before any work starts.

  • 50% upfront to start, 50% at delivery.

  • International clients pay in USD, EUR or CAD by Wise or PayPal. In Algeria: bank transfer, BaridiMob or RedotPay. You get a proper invoice for every payment.

  • No hidden fees. Recurring costs like domain and hosting are paid to the providers, and I explain them in the proposal before you commit.

During the project

  • It depends on the project, but here are some estimations: landing page 1–2 weeks · business website 2–4 weeks · e-commerce store 3–6 weeks · web or mobile app 6–12+ weeks. Your exact timeline is in the proposal.

  • Directly with me by email, WhatsApp or Slack — whichever you prefer — with weekly progress updates and video calls on Google Meet or Zoom whenever needed. You always talk to the person building your project.

  • Yes. Design changes are expected, and the number of revision rounds is agreed in the proposal. New features outside the agreed scope are quoted separately so the timeline stays clear.

  • Ownership and hand-over terms are agreed in the proposal.

After launch

  • You get 30 days of free bug fixes. After that you can continue with the Care & Growth plan or ask for help whenever you need it.

  • Yes, if you need to: I can include an easy admin panel so you can edit text, images and products without touching code.

  • Every project includes basic SEO (fast loading, clean structure, meta tags, sitemap). For ongoing ranking work, there's the Care & Growth plan.

  • Yes. I can set up your domain, hosting and deployment so everything is ready to go live.
